Bright Bondi Future Bombs
"If we do win, it's because of her efforts."
--Florida Gov. Rock Scott on Florida state Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding her role in the now unsuccessful attempt to prove the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional .
Scott predicted Bondi would rise as a national shining star within the GOP should SCOTUS rule health care unconstitutional.
Dreams dashed, Pam.
The high court upheld the health care law this morning, including the individual health care mandate.
As written within the law, persons who choose not to carry health insurance would instead pay a tax on that decision.
The court agreed.

Looks like Alinsky, Ayers, Dohrn, Hayden, Klonsky and Valerie Jarrett Have won--
Khrushchev was right, our Constitution has been destroyed from within..
My only regret was putting on a uniform to stop communism overseas when the real threat was internal all along
Perhaps now the country can get past the scare tactics spun against health care and embrace the benefits. The big losers are those individuals and corporations who profit off what essentially was a monopoly needing a major overhaul.
Anonymous I wouldn't bet on it--
Read the ruling closely, it's only Constitutional if you call it the largest tax increase in history on working people-- enjoy the video

That of course is typical of this president...
In theory the House can now pass a resolution say NoNoNo we intended it to be a penalty Chief Justice- that is the word we used and we used it intentionally, you can't change our wording of a law to make it Constitutional.. don't forget a majority of Americans still want it to go away...
Under the ruling States can't be forced to set up exchanges or expand Medicaid, and they can't be penalized by the Federal Government or have Medicaid Funds withheld for not doing so....
So a big part of the law did get tossed and whats left is a tax that's already caused huge increases in premiums- I fact the premium increases are so expensive that thousand of businesses are expected to opt out and pay the penalty--err tax leaving millions that currently have coverage without it
BTW Romney collected something well over 3 Mil in donations from almost 30,000 people immediately following the ruling..
Democrats & Obama asked for money following the ruling but are declining to say if they got any..
